Shipping and Handling Charges
We strongly recommend that you read the entire shipping policy before making any purchase.
APRILMEDIACORP.COM will NOT charge any customer with Hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information and selected your shipping method. In order for our system to display an accurate shipping fee, please be sure to enter the correct shipping method. Otherwise, your order will be delayed. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes so that we can expedite the processing of your order.
Your order to a physical address within the 48 contiguous states will normally be shipped via UPS Ground within 24 hours of placement and will be delivered within 1-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be shipped until the following business day.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
1- All orders placed after 12:00PM PST will be treated as the next business day's order. We do not process orders during the weekend; all orders that are placed between 12:00pm PST Friday and 12:00pm PST Monday will be treated as Monday's orders.
2-In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend our customers to use the same address for their shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification.
3- Do not use a P.O. Box as your shipping address. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please provide us with a physical address for shipping.
Returns
If you wish to return a product or item that you find unsatisfactory, please follow the procedures as explained below.
**Please be advised that APRIL MEDIA CORP Does not do refunds. We will exchange the product for anything else you like in our Website . All Returns must be received back within 30 days of you receiving the order. Products shipped back to us without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Return Procedures are as follows:
Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before returning the product. In most cases this is the same number as your original order number. Pack item (s) into a shipping box and address the return to the address below. Put the RMA # on the shipping label so that the return can be processed more efficiently upon its arrival in our warehouse. Enclose a copy of your invoice which you can find in the original package or on the confirmation email. You must also send a Letter Explaining why you are exchanging the product.
The product must be returned via regular mail as we will not refund the cost of ANY express, priority or overnight shipping Please do not affix any labels or stamps to the retail box of the product. Put all labels and stamps on a shipping box or the original packing box your order came in.
Once the return has been received, and the product inspected, you will be issued a refund and be notified via email and sent a copy of the refund transaction record and details for your records.

The return shipping cost will only be reimbursed by APRIL MEDIA CORP if it has been agreed upon prior to the return. This is only if a product has been damaged in delivery or was received defective. Once again, the product must be returned via regular mail as we will not refund the cost of ANY express, priority or overnight shipping.
